Welcome to the website of the Friends of the Newtown St Martin Pub Limited the Community Benefit Society which saved the Prince of Wales pub in Cornwall!

Thanks to the generosity of our local community and our funders the UK Government’s Community Ownership Fund, The Plunkett Foundation and Co-operatives UK Community Shares Booster Fund, over £450,000 was raised towards the purchase the pub in 2022
